Frequently Asked Questions

What does unlimited mean?

Unlimited means you can request as many design tasks per month as you see fit. We will complete these requests one at a time until we finish your queue of requests. You are free to use us as much or as little as you see fit.

How fast will I get my design back?

This depends on your plan. For our unlimited plan, you can expect to receive your completed design within 1-2 business days. Longer jobs may take longer than the 1-2 day estimate and, if so, we will make this clear to you ahead of time.

What can I request with GoDesignerGo?

The majority of our clients use us for marketing materials such as social media graphics, flyers, banner ads and so forth. Super complex tasks such as website redesigns aren’t a good fit for our monthly plans.

How long will revisions take?

Revisions will take at minimum 1 business day. We will make it clear to you ahead of time if we expect this to take longer than 1 business day.

How many designs will you work on at one time?

We work on one task a time. This means until your task is completed and finished with the revision process we will not start the next task.

What happens after I sign up?

You will receive a welcome email that outlines how to request your first design task. Once you send in your first task we will hand-match you to your dedicated account manager and designer (plan permitting) and you will be on your way to getting great designs!

Who owns the work you create?

You do! All work delivered to you via GoDesignerGo’s services is 100% the property of you and can be used however you see fit. Commercial use is fine, just give us a head’s up beforehand. We will sometimes feature client work on our Work Samples page or in other marketing material. If you'd prefer to be excluded from this, let us know.

What are your business hours?

Our hours are 9am to 5pm Pacific time. We are located in California, United States and follow all major U.S. holidays. If you have any questions about specific office holidays feel free to contact us.
